Still getting the same fps drop during mid to end game when it gets serious i play on the most liw settings with 60 fps but they keep dropping during mid and late game

Did they really fix that lagg issue when using skills fast? Like, i played some matches with nezha, have problems with the s2 when i use it fast multiple times, it doesn’t activate, i need to try again a bit later then the skill CD finished.
