Looks rigged to me. Like they make the chances to get the gacha pulls at the beginning very easy, just to create the urge to get the last one, which they lock behind a specific amount of tokens. Kinda like „Come on! You only need one more. You just have to spend a teeny tiny bit! Oh, missed again. Just one more~!“
