Running with old shoes is so bad, please keeo that in mind. You should buy new shoes every year (if you use them alot) maybe 2/3 years if you use them regularly. But the cushion will lose thickness and it just has to endure much facing the concrete and track. So make sure you get new shoes often cause you get injuries from this. Also new shoes might ve hurting because they correct your feet/legs. So it's not necessarily a bad thing but ut could be tho. Just don't keep shoes for years cause it's really really bad. It gave me knee problems and shin splints.

My feet do the same thing. I bought a arch support so I don't roll in to the side. Alot of cushion will make you roll in

Thank you for the video I really wanted to buy the Bondi 8s and loved the shoe, EXCEPT, I had pain in the same part of the arch as you seem to be having. They have very stiff arch support and the fit is narrow so be very careful as the arch support digs into the inside of your foot. A lot of people report having this problem. One way to compensate is a size up and/or get the wide or extra-wide version. A second way I heard about is to trim the top of the arch support but if I had to do that I think I'd buy something else.

Anyone tried the Clifton? I had issues with a stability ASIC. I have Nike invincible 2’s. Super cushioned and they don’t hurt me

Hoka Rincon are slightly thinner in the toe box, you should be able to exchange them Hoka offers 30 days satisfaction exchange 😀maybe your feet are thin and Bondi seems to have wider toe box. Good review though 👍
