I love the 7 for an everyday shoe. No running. My question is which is better for everyday use? If you were going to just wear them daily would you buy the 7 or X? Price aside.

that moment "spend your money wisely" is definitely a don't get it! hahaha Bondi are great just for walking around town to be honest. Especially with that high of a stack... you got a lot more protection from the filth on the floor, which is quite important in certain area sadly.

If you're older like I am, the Bondi is a godsend. If you're young and your joints are still perfect, you may not care. For me, however, cushioning is ultra important. I usually do a 4 1/2 mile run 3 days a week, but on weekends when I have time, I can do 5-10 miles and can wake up the next day with no pain at all. The only way I can do that is with a shoe with ultra cushioning. Does that mean I'm slower? Of course. But for some of us, just being able to run at all is a victory. I'm sure young people look at the Bondi as nothing more than a walking around town shoe. For me, it allows me to run.

I was hoping Meaghan would be one of the reviewers of the MaxRoad 5, since she'd be coming from the Bondi X perspective. $200 for a trainer is a bit too much for my tastes though.

I think the problem here is you have two diametrically opposed purposes. When I run in my Bondi's, I don't care about picking up the pace and for $50 more, my pace will pick up outta the shoe store! In the meantime, Seth recommended I try the NB Fresh Form More v3. When my Bondi's wear out, that is the game plan for experimentation. Thanks for the video guys!

I keep trying to like the Bondi because I know so many people who like it, but as much as I try I just can’t. And when my legs are tired I can’t enjoy the softness because they are so heavy. Makes me legs feel worse I think.

What would u recommend the Mach 4 or the Rincon 3? I’m looking for comfort, grip, but also smooth and fast. I want firm but smooth, and foam, but not super squishy or high above the ground. Great vid anyone plz reply to this, not just the creators

I like the Mach 4's. The Rincon didn't feel good on my feet. You really need to try, but I can't recommend the Mach 4 enough. I am worried about the longevity of the outsole but the ride is fantastic.

@@gabebliziotis8203 mach 4? road racing, probably, although I don't feel it is the best shoe to go all out. Doesn't really have the 'snap' for a race day IMO. Probably good for a half marathon where you don't really push the pace like a 5k or 10K race. I doubt it will have enough grip for a cross country race. No rubber outsole at all.

The only Bondi I ever tried was the Bondi 4...my first Hoka probably 5 years ago. I enjoyed it. Other Hokas have not worked for me so well...too narrow or too shallow in the toe box. How's the toe box on the Bondi X?

Alot of extra coin for probably a extra 75 cents worth of carbon?? But the carbon also could give the shoe a little longer life as well??
