The only way to make a company better is to hold the employees accountable for the jobs you give them or get new ones. Except this is college football and you can't just fire people. You have to recruit and develope them to fit what system you have in place which we have already seen the results of from a lot of our freshman and transfers. I'd like to see anyone go into such a proud yet failing system that is known as husker football and make it even look good in under a year. I was telling my wife here in Nebraska during this speech that it is shown in his emotion and his eyes that he has passion for this program. Give him a year or two and well be fine. Five star players with no discipline and passion are of no use to a program. That is why the walk on deal worked for us so well. People who have a passion and want to play and want to earn it all because they have a severe love will be the winners. Walk ons who waited their turn made the difference not some hot shot that was entitled and embarrassed themselves with no progress. High school teams struggling should take notes and play people who are going to fight and improve rather than letting the "starters" play all night with no heart.

It’s gonna take a couple years to drain the swamp and get rid of trash kids, we’ll get solid coachable kids that work hard, listen, and grow. This team is so backwards it is going to take a little bit to get the right pieces in place. He knows how important culture is. We haven’t had that since Osborne

Get some Marine Corps drill sergeants on all four sides and teach them how to do what you need to teach them to do that way they act like that you have the right to kick him off the team and I don't think that Barry Switzer would do that near would Late John Woodson and also Late Pat Summitt and that goes for legendary coaches like Tom Osborne, Don Shula, Late Tom Landry, Lou Holtz, Mack Brown, Joe Maddon, Late Bud Wilkinson, Late Bill Walsh, Mike Ditka, Roy Williams, John Thompson, Late Eddie Robinson, and Doug Williams.

Reading between the lines you can see just how much Riley absolutely destroyed the program... Can't say that out loud that'd be portrayed as making a huge excuse for performance, but you cal tell Frost is fighting an uphill battle righting a program that has been steered completely backwards the last four years. This season is going to suuuuuck more before it gets better, but watch Nebraska four of their last five games of the season.

"The players need to be accountable." *Slams players for 10minutes, taking no blame himself.* Way to lead by example eh?

Hate is not what this program needs. I'd like to see you do better.

You have a grown man blaming his own shortcomings on 20yr old kids, while talking about accountability. That's kinda hateful.

If it weren't for the penalties and the opponents scoring so many points we'd be undefeated.
