When she is referring to "Sold my soul to a three piece" it is talking about her 'multiple' demons. Whether it be depression, addiction, mental illness, anxiety... etc. The list could go on. Her demons could be anything but she has multiple. So she's pretty much saying that she has sold her soul on 3 (or more) occasions. Also, motorcycle clubs, normally a 1% club, wear a 3 piece patch. Maybe she dated a guy in an M/C and he made her do questionable things. Possibly things she is not proud of. This song can be interpreted many different ways. There isn't always a wrong or right answer. Just because she wrote it with the intentions of one thing, doesn't mean you are wrong by how you interpreted the lyrics. That is the beauty of music. The lyrics speak to everyone differently.
