Unfortunately, the stereo cable wasn't fully plugged into the camera.

you tube really sucks sometimes. closed the vid and reloaded and its working fine. They always knock my audio and video out of sync when I post my original work listed or not. Thank you for the refresher I needed it!!!

Only getting one side. Of course I immediately started ripping out cords looking for the culprit. Then I thought it was my interface, but it was the video! A very helpful video, mind you...

Yeah, sorry about that...LOL The camera had a stereo mic input, but I was using a mono cable. Anyway, glad you found the video helpful! :-)

damn that guitar sound is on point ! Is it just sampled from the original song ? Also does the JV-90 play anything in this song ?
@goatghost7 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Fred! The guitar is me playing my Fender Mexican Strat, I believe through a Line 6 Floor Pod guitar effects processor. Each chord was sampled, separately (using the built-in Fantom sampling feature), and mapped to each of the keys that I play on the Fantom. On some of the chords, I played a downward slide and on the others, I held out the chords for several seconds. I tried to make it sound like the record with the downward slides. As for the JV-90...I use it strictly as an external controller for the Fantom. I have the JV-90 keyboard mapped into like 5 zones, so each zone can output notes to the Fantom on a separate MIDI channel. This allows me to play all kinds of different sounds, all being mapped to different zones.

It looks like you have a peddle broad on the floor. If so, what kind and what do you use it for? Thanks and awesome cover.

Sorry about that. Unfortunately, the audio was only recorded in the right channel.

I think I might have had problems with the left channel while recording this video (I plugged the audio directly into the camera). :-)

Wow...I never realized the camera was out of focus! Hard to tell when it's hanging over my head and I have to stand on a chair to look at the the tiny camera screen...lol Thanks for the props! :-)
