I dont see anything wrong with the Amtrak car's! They are top heavy compared to a freight railcar. All railcars have side bearings to limit lateral movement also.

If you're talking about the one at 5:38, that one was on it's way to be scrapped. Note the reporting marks were lined out. The side panels were either wreck damaged or salvaged.

KCS #4859, "Safety Starts Here" is a one of a kind special paint scheme. Its rare to see it in Houston on UP trackage. Hope that helps!
