Part two exploring of the route and the history of the Old Potts Railway Line between Shrewsbury and Llanymynech. In this second part we explore the western half of the line including the branch down to Criggion over the Welsh border. as a 7 or 8 year old i used to live in Bell lane Shrewsbury . across the road from our house was the disused cutting full of trees and rubbish, our play ground. I thought it was called the pots because of all the old pots in there, from this it was the old Potts railway line, 70 years later who knew?
