Holder is a person who has the possession of instrument as well as the right to recieve the payment on due date. 😊 Vo person jiske pas instrument hai aur us instrument se usse paise bhi milne ka right hai.

It means that if suppose maker claimed that no consideration passed between maker and payee, but it cannot be put forward to holder in due course. Uske against aap kuch ni keh skte.
