Thank you Lord. ❤Thank you Fr Dave for this beautiful homily, “Holding on is sometimes more painful.” 🙏It is not what you have nor what you do not have what really matters but what you do with what you have. In the gospel God did not ask for what He has given, simply ask what have you done with it. If you cannot be responsible, how can you be trusted with the gifts of heaven. Life is a gift but what we do with our life is an act of gratitude. For those in sickness, prayers…healing is not always the answer. Holding is more painful than letting go. As the first reading, at the end, were gathered together and worship before God. “Holy, holy, holy Lord, Mighty God”. Amen 🙏
