if you didn't understand: basically yuuji tried to warn megumi to run because he felt sukuna trying to take over. so when sukuna finally took ever yuuji's body, he tried to drown megumi to somewhat torture yuuji that he is killing his best friend and yuuji couldn't do anything about it even though yuuji tried to warn megumi yep basically that I think :D

Básicamente, Yuuji trató de advertirle a Megumi que corriera porque sentía que Sukuna intentaba tomar el control. Entonces, cuando Sukuna finalmente tomó el cuerpo de Yuuji, trató de ahogar a Megumi para torturar un poco a Yuuji diciéndole que estaba matando a su mejor amigo y Yuuji no pudo hacer nada al respecto a pesar de que Yuuji intentó advertir a Megumi. Sí, básicamente eso creo :D
