Sometime in your life go to LA. Rent a car and drive up into Malibu Canyon from the 101 and up over the hills to look out over the pacific. Any of the roads down through Charmlee State Park or by Pepperdine University or Leo Carillio. I'm saying this as someone who grew up in LA and am currently sitting in London. I hate Los Angeles but at any given moment there are few places I dream about more. Don't go in summer as it's a flaming hellscape.

I know that the hardocre fans of the band didn't like this era so much. But for me, at that time Hole had become such an amazing band, a shame that things went wrong after that. Celebrity Skin is such a great and mature album, it never gets old. You can feel every single identity of each one of the members in every song, and how they blend together in a rare chemistry. If you still play this record for someone 10 years from now they will never imagine it's a late 90's album.

Don't underrated her obvious talent because of some history she does or does not deserve. Just like her music or don't. She has many more fans than you say and rightly deserves. I heard your version, but just do not agree with it. Sorry, Hon. Don't underappreciate " Basic".
