I always love your cards! I have this die set but I’ve never thought about putting them on black cardstock!!! Duh!🤦🏻‍♀️ Of course Glossy Accents made them pop as it is perfect for when I add any lights my cards!!! But blending the edges around each bulb with some Distress Oxide ink was a stroke of BRILLIANCE!!! Absolutely perfect!!! Also I’ve been researching the different colors that I want to get from the Distress Oxide line of ink pads. I’ve really been wanting to get into the Distress Oxide line. Looking for the right set of colors to start off with so I’ll have all the right basics covered. Then I’ll be able to fill in with more pads in other colors that I really like from there! I’ll be able to use these for several different card themes. I’ve also gotta find great colors making amazing Halloween cards because that is my grandson’s favorite holiday! And I gotta have the right ones for great Christmas cards since it my granddaughter’s (his little sister’s) favorite holiday! Plus she & their mother (my only child) both love rainbows & unicorns. So having a great set of rainbow colors along with Halloween & Christmas colors… I think these will give me the perfect starting point for getting into the Distress Oxide inks so I’ll be able to make a different types of card themes. Then I’ll be able to pick up a couple new colors here & there to fill in my collection of new ink pads! So I’ve been looking into the right rainbow colors and you making this card has given me the colors that I was looking for. Thank you so much for sharing the colors you used with us!!! Now I’m going to go back through your other videos to see which Distress Oxides you use for Halloween & Christmas cards!!! This was a beautiful card!!! Thank you so much for posting your videos!!! I learn so much from your videos about how to make my own cards that will puts smiles on my grandbabies faces!!! Happy Holidays and a fabulous 2024!!!☃️🎄☃️

Beautiful card! I love the stunning simplicity of it! When I saw it on IG, I thought you'd used white to make the glow behind the bulbs, but the colored ink is even better! I think it might be nice with a splatter/snowy background, too! I definitely need this set! 💖🎄
