We are excited for our first Giveaway. The African Ice Family has finally hit 100 SUBSCRIBERS! It may not sound like a lot but we are one step closer to 1,000 subscribers. A way for us to show our gratitude, we are doing a giveaway for our Icy Tribe Family. IT IS FREE to enter. PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW.
WHO
-Legal Residents in United State of American can enter in this Giveaway for a chance to win.
-Anyone under 18 must have their parents consent to participate.
WHAT
-Enter our giveaway for your chance to win a ring light, projector or $50 gift card.
WHEN
-Drawing for the giveaway will take place
on January 1st at 6pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
WHERE:
-Drawing will take place LIVE on KZbin
HOW:
-The rules to this giveaway is pretty simple
-You must SUBCRIBE to us on KZbin (1)
-FOLLOW us on Instagram (2)
-FOLLOW us on TikTok (3)
-After completing all three of those, come back to one of our giveaway videos and comment DONE.
-COMMENTING DONE allows us to check that you did all three before entering your name into the Giveaway.
-Enter multiple times, by inviting a friend or a family member to Subcribe to the Ice Family KZbin Channel.
-After you get your friend/family to Subcribe to our KZbin Channel, they must comment your name under the video.
-This will give you an extra entrance into the giveaway.
-YOU MUST BE FOLLOWING US AND STILL SUBSCRIBE TO OUR CHANNEL ON JANUARY 1st.
-You will be DISQUALIFIED IF YOU ARE NOT SUBCRIBE TO THE CHANNEL ON JANUARY 1st!
-We will do a random draw
-Gifts are randomly selected for each winner.
-Winners will be contacted for their shipping information.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to THE ICE FAMILY whose social media handle is @Theicefamily. The "Prize" refers to Prize Details (e.g. one (1) Ring Light, Projector and $50 Gift Card ).
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 12am on 01.01.24*. Three (3) winners in USA will be selected at random by The Promoter on *1.1.24 at 6pm est and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

The Promotors giveaway with entry via Instagram, TikTok or KZbin are open only to legal residents in United State of America. Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway.
Entrants must a US Citizen or Permenant Resident Card Holder on the date of their entry.
Entrants under 18 must get their parents permission to enter or will be disqualified.
KZbin, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok are not in any way affiliated or involved in the Giveaway.
Each entrant shall enter the giveaway via Instagram, KZbin, or Tiktok by following and subscribing to the Ice Family Account. Once completed, you must comment DONE on this specific post.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, KZbin, or TikTok. Names will be written on a piece of paper and place in a bucket. One name will be randomly selected at a time.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend with or without notice.
The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner’s social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
