Nope, he used the stock pickups in his ‘66 Jazz Bass

I believe Fluoride did swap in quarter pounders at some point, but I don’t know if it was before or after this song was recorded. I’m basing this on an interview I read where he says that the 66 was stolen in 2013, and the luthier who recreated it wound new pickups to sound just like that bass’ quarter pounders, so take this with a grain of salt I suppose! EDIT: this would have been the stock pickups since this song was recorded in 79 and quarter pounders first came out in the mid eighties.
