Girl when we went vegetarian we said the same thing! We hate the labels. Some vegetarians/vegans are SOOOO annoying and we never want to be like that. So we said if we want meat we’ll have it, but it honestly hasn’t happened yet. It’s a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Working on your physical health will help your mental health as well!! I know it does for me. Eating healthy and working out just makes you feel good and proud of yourself. It's not a fool proof way to stave of depression, but it sure does help!

I've been a vegetarian for almost a year now and trust me I feel so much better! I've also been cutting back on dairy when I can and my skin has cleared up and I have much more energy. The only time I slipped up was with a chick fil a sandwich and after not eating meat for so long it was weird and not appetizing lol
