I heard that you are rehabing your nails. How exactly are you doing that. My nails are extremely fragile now and need to rehab. Thank you for your assistance. Love your guidance.

Awww thank you! Yes, I was doing product removal too frequently and being too aggressive with my drill. My nails are naturally thin and break easily so all of that was way too much for them. I’m using Nail Aid total cure right now. You can get it at Walmart, the drugstore, pretty much anywhere. I’ve been doing apple cider vinegar/warm water soaks and using a good quality cuticle oil and moisturizer multiple times a day. So far it’s working well. I will have a complete video coming soon! I hadn’t posted it yet because I’m doing updates on the progress 👍🏻

Nail aid total cure, it has a strengthener, keratin etc. I’m just keeping them short, using the Nail aid, cuticle oil and being very gentle with them while they grow out.
