After listening to Abba Marcus' second talk yesterday, I think he's an intellectual. Indeed, Acolis don't play. Kudos to his mom. I loved the fact that he could understand Luganda and even get the right pronunciation of the Luganda words he spoke. The meaning of the name "Abba Marcus" is catching on him.

(2) religion is at play as Moslems will sort out each other at the top but truly the men and women hierarchy factor in Islam (3) HR experts will sort out putting right people in right jobs and being outsiders of kcca will fire and hire best people to instill discipline and accountability with power and authority playing out (4) these persons require 10 years minimum in these positions to perform like Ms. Musisi (5) jaspong is at kiteezi decommissioning the landfill and it takes about 2-3 years and new mityana road land fill has to be taken up as a waste recycling plant from start to avoid the waste disposal disaster and avoid settlement around the pit.
