I must confess I've saved all of the Christmas cards I've ever received. Most from before college are in scrapbooks. The rest are stored by year in my craft closet. I'm such a sentimental pack rat!

I love this idea, I have 3 small grandson's, who love's to do Christmas crafts with nana, so this will go on my list for next year, and I'll just add a hanger and they can take'em home for their Christmas Tree's, Instead of a card hanger, Thanks for the Idea! ;) I'm so HAPPY I found your channel!

Such a CUTE way to display your Christmas cards! I end up doing a card display rotation. When I first start receiving them I stand them up on my buffet. When that gets full I put them on one of those "over the door hangers with all the metal loops". When that gets full I take all the ones with photos & put them on my fridge. And if it's a busy card year I place a few of the of the gold or silvery cards (matching the color scheme) amongst my mantle decorations. Do you save & upcycle your cards?

Jen could you please do a video on plastic /glass food storage containers, could also include lunch boxes/ cooler bags, drink bottles! I can go through mine and organize it but it never stays that way for long with my husband and children in and out of those cupboards. Jen, next time try glue dots for the googly eyes. They work great and come in various sizes. Very cute display! :) I really like your eye shadow in this video. You should do a video on it. Have a great night!

That is cute :-) My kids and I do similar crafts, but I hadn't thought of using them as card holders! For instant gratification, we use this adhesive called Mini Glue Dots for our googly eyes and pom poms, as well as any foamie decorations (mini is the size, Glue Dots is the brand). You can find them in the adhesive section of the scrapbook area at Michaels. They are AWESOME and they hold strong! There's also a brand called Zots, but I don't like them as much. Thanks for sharing :-)

I'm similar but don't save them forever. After several years go by, I usually cut off the front & use it as a tag for a present -cut with foo-foo scissors or cut out the main subject of the card, etc. I haven't made them but I've seen collages of various X-Mas cards sealed with clear contact paper to make festive placemats (2 collages back-to-back for 2-sided mat). Grouped by color, subject, animation, glitter, etc. & now that you get gazillions, endless possibilities if you want to upcycle!
