Your home looks beautiful! I love the cozy little area near “ your” tree! Many moons ago, shortly after my divorce; I told my kids all I wanted was a beautiful real tree and my girlfriend and I made beautiful DIY ornaments, plus sprigs of baby breath throughout,( total cost was $40)! My kids kept telling the neighbors, come look at my Mom’s tree! Today I have a 7.5 ft fake pre-lit tree in my main room and a mini tree on my chest of drawers. I’m in EM, UT; I’ll be sure and visit the German festival next year! Merry Christmas! Oh, and I love the idea of giving pj’s early!

Y'all did a lovely job on your home decorating! Now for the mushrooms, NO SALT OR FLAVORING UNTIL AFTER they are thoroughly browned. They are full of water, and the salt/seasoning draws the water out, slowing down the browning process. Thank you, Food Network!

Absolutely loved this video. I love the Italian Christmas cookies, made them for the first time last year. What is the difference between the taste in the anis and the lemon? I used lemon .
