Merry Christmas!! I will have to make your stuffed clams, they sound delicious!! I love mussels but never had them in a sauce. I hope your family appreciates how much goes into making your Christmas Eve feast!!! I have to make your chili dip…. sounds yummy! I have everything prepped for tomorrows Christmas brunch….except cooking casseroles in the morning, cooking bacon, sausage, make crepes…Our first Christmas with our first grandbaby…..Rosie is almost 5 months old! Such a joy💕💕💕🌹🌹🌹 PS…. Sounds like you broke your tailbone when you fell, and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done….. it is very painful, as you know. Hope the healing gets better!

Hey Linda! It appears the shrimp you have are cleaned, peeled and deveined, which is the intestinal tract on the top rounded part. The vein you are removing from the underside is just a vein, to my understanding. Hope this helps! 🌺Jen
