personally as a big sister with a 9 year age gap it does sometimes hurt to see your sibling getting all the things u couldnt but on the other hand i'm so happy that she can and im honored when she takes things from my style. i gave up the biggest room when i knew i wanted to leave in the next 6 months and moved into the smaller room in order to give her the space she would be having anyways. i think sabre just needs to realise that it isnt nazzys fault sabre didnt get these things and in the end nazzy just looks up to sabre.

I've been watching the Norris Nuts for several years now, and lately it's getting harder and harder to watch how Sabre reacts to situations that are not ideal to her. I fully understand that I will never know what their family dynamic is like behind closed doors. However, it's never okay to act like this to anyone, but especially your sibling. Sabre kept intentionally trying to hurt Naz. Repeatedly saying that she is annoying, laughing at her while she tried to speak up about how she felt, telling her she didn't want to hear what Naz had to say, and making sure everyone knew that she wanted nothing to do with Naz. It physically hurts me to watch this because I can see how hurt Naz is while still trying to laugh the situation off as though it doesn't bother her as much as it does. I don't want to invalidate Sabre's view that Naz does have a different life than what Sabre had at her age. But you also have to keep in mind that Sabre was given a car before she could drive and her parents just bought her her very own apartment. That is an insane amount of privilege to have at her age too. I understand these are only clips of what actually happened, but it is extremely disappointing to see their parents validating and apologizing to Sabre for not giving her more at the age of 12, but not correcting her behavior while she puts Naz down and interrupts her from sharing how she feels. Watching this through my psychology lenses, I see Sabre utilizing manipulation and narcissist tactics by threatening that she won't go on this trip that she knows her family cares so much about. And for Nazzy, I see someone who has a lot to say, but she's holding herself back. Sabre might think it's a joke when she laughs and says she doesn't want to hear what Naz has to say, but if it continues then I worry Nazzy will begin to keep emotions to herself because she has learned that her feelings are ignored.

what everyone is forgetting is remembering how both naz AND sabre must feel. the correct thing to happen is naz goes in the room and sabre in the attic however the reason sabre feels her way is because she never got half as much as naz at her age and so there must be a feeling of jealousy behind how sabre feels. as much as sabre deserves to have her feelings, naz deserves the room. no arguement. building up a 12 year olds hopes just for them to be crushed by an 18 year old who has access to her own apartment and still wants to take away her sisters room? as much as sabre is an adult and has a right to have that room, naz also does and its the better thing to do. and as much as naz is being bratty for her age, its not her fault, its society. in this decade, being the way naz is, is normal because this world has made it a normalized thing for everyone to be 'that girl' and to be a 'girl boss' or a 'y2k baddie' around her siblings. but either way, naz should get the room. period.

So that they can move on from the argument and know what to do when it happens again. There are both girls so I feel like an older sister should talk to the younger sister but understand and the younger sister know where her older sister is coming from and get very good advice from her. I also feel like that although naz is young she feels mature to me from the way she talked to the camera when she was by herself. Sabre is such an awesome big sister and daughter but she gets flustered a lot because even though they all grew up together it was almost differently.

The mum however plays severe favourites with sabre even though she is an adult fighting with her pre teen sister. She acts as if she is the only one growing up yet acts the most immature. Her moving out is affecting Naz and is unfair. Poor Naz has to deal with the mums constant praise of sabre and probably feels unloved or left out. Sabre pushing her insecurity and childhood on to Naz just because due to family circumstances she has it better than sabre did at 12 is not Naz's fault. Instead as her older sister she should be happy for Naz getting her own room and things she never could. However she is too selfish too realise how much she is affecting Naz's childhood.

Sabre has gotten an apartment, a car, shopping sprees and more. She’s moving out in 3 months, give Naz the room, after all this Sabre has gotten so much love but Naz feelings are ignored, Naz needs the room, Sabre needs to suck it up for once and take the small space for a few months, then she can move to her brand new apartment with her car, and maybe even the puppy. It’s annoying because Sabre is going to move out so soon, and still she wants the room, not even that, she doesn’t want to share with her sister. If she takes the room and decides not to move out then Naz will have to be trapped in that small attic space for years, and I’m going to guess there not going to do anything about it.

Naz is at such a complicated vulnerable age right now, full of emotions, and trying to figure out who she even is as a person, very normal for 12-13 year old girls… She really needs someone to talk to, and I don’t think she gets the support she needs atm because everyone probably dismisses how she feels and just tells her “she’s growing up too fast”. This is how you end up with a troubled teen. That room should be hers, there is absolutely no reason it shouldn’t be if Sabre is getting her own apartment. Many people over the age of 20 now are still living in their parents’ basements because life is tough. Maybe she didn’t get what she thought she wanted at age 12, but she’s getting something over 75% of 18 year olds don’t get from their parents.

The age gap tho of Sabre and Naz vs Sockie and Naz is lower tho and as being the eldest and having to share a room even though she wanted her own room since she was around like 12-13 they never moved so she constantly had to share. Sabre 'eating his pizza' for a while before she moves into the apartment seems fair as Naz/Biggy wont have to share for 16-10 years like she did. Naz is lucky she's getting her own room at her age. Naz can wait a bit for her own room like Sabre did

As a 17 year old girl in the same situation as Sabre I’m on Naz’s side, I get that it’s extremely hard to live on you own but just because your little sister is experiencing more things that you did at that age, it’s useless. You can experience new things that they won’t as well as a young adult, and share that new experience with them when they’re that age. Sabre it’s not the end of the world, some whole family’s have to share ONE room, with the kitchen, living room, and bathroom all in one room. And I get that it’s frustrating and extremely annoying for your younger sister to get everything that you didn’t. as an older sister I understand, but it’s life and there’s so much more to be looking forward to in the future! 😊

I agree. As an eldest daughter myself, honestly I would want my little siblings to get to experience the stuff I didn't before, I'd be happy for them. We do get into fights but as I'm the older one, I choose to understand. Ngl, I do get jealous sometimes, me and my sister that came after me have like an 8-year age gap.. I used to be selfish with her because for 8 years I was an only child, so I wasn't used to sharing the love and attention much less the stuff, like presents and all. But now that she has gone through puberty and has somewhat matured, I really like that we vibe and get along with some other stuff. And I also think Naz deserves the big room, although this is already a late comment. Anw, I'm 21 and I still love watching the Norris Nuts!! It's been like 5, 6 years..Love you guys sm!🫶

There’s clearly been a much bigger issue than the room and copying. People need to stop taking sides and realise that they’re both hurting. I assume that the biggest issue and cause of anxiety and stress on the family is the move. I think sabre is worried about being left out and not being included and overall is quite stressed about living alone in an area that she doesn’t know at all along with being famous and having a lot of haters on the internet. So instead of looking at the positive side which is having an apartment for herself she is focusing on it not being ready and having to live in the family home because that is ultimately where she feels safest! And there’s alot of built up anger and resentment of how she was raised vs the younger ones which is what is being said as the surface issue. However I do think it’s unfair that this stress is being taken out on naz who is also clearly upset about how sabre is acting towards her and the rest of the family too. I think it’s time that the family goes to some form of therapy both together and individually to get professional help. This might be useful not just for this situation but also just generally because theyre on the internet and have Been for a while and need to learn how to healthily deal with emotions rather than keeping them to themselves like naz said she has been doing. They all need a safe space where they can talk about their feelings without feeling judged by everyone! ❤❤ I’m glad naz and sabre were able to put their anger aside by the end of the vlog it was good to see however what I said still stands❤️😊

I’ve really started to notice how much Sabre has changed recently, I understand that she is an adult and is getting to the point where it is challenging to stay with the family without having her own place to go, but it really isn’t okay that she is taking everything out on her family. Sabre needs to learn that she needs to be an adult and take the space that she needs before everything gets too much and she takes it out on the family. Sabres actions are having a negative impact on her whole family, it’s not her fault that she needs space but she can’t be taking her frustrations out on the rest of her family.

I totally agree, it is really disappointing to see Sabre act this way, Sabre has grown up to be a mature young woman but lately has taken her own selfish needs to the next level. These "needs" and "wants' Sabre didn't acquire as a 12-year-old; that Naz "has", have negatively impacted their relationship as a whole. I used to come on this channel to watch their friendships as siblings blossom throughout their childhood but due to a spoilt 18-year-old, not getting her way and being jealous towards her little sister, it makes my heart drop. Sabre needs to figure out how she can not take her frustrations out on her family and refind their friendship.

For all those justifying Sabre’s POV about Naz getting and having everything she didn’t have at the age of 12. We all understand why that was. Brooke mentioned Sabre not asking for things, Sabre answered that she didn’t ask because she knew her parents would say no to which Justin answered “not true.” But based on Sabres attitude it looks like the real reason for that is Sabre didn’t ask for those things because she felt entitled to them. And you can see that by her constant NEED of having Naz’s room. I myself have a 12 year old sister, we have a 15 year age gap and just like Naz my sister gets things that I didn’t get to have when I was her age. But I also understand that my sister isn’t at fault for this. The situation (just like with the Norris Nuts) were different when I was 12. We’re better financially now and although my sister isn’t entitled to everything she has and is getting she is very much deserving just like Naz is. From what we see in these videos, Naz is a pretty good kid/sibling so it’s heartbreaking to see how her older sister whom she pretty obviously looks up to is treating her. Brooke apologizing and emphasizing how much she loves Sabre is totally invaliding Naz’s feelings and is making Naz understand that she’s in the wrong and that Sabres feelings are more important.

She can’t keep playing the card of “I grew up like this and you guys grew up with this” she still ended up having the same experience as them. She’s never missed out on the great opportunities the younger kids have. I’m the oldest of 6 children… and my parents had me in a low financial stand point as we got older my dad got a better job opportunity. Did I suffer during the first part of my life? Yes. But did I have the same opportunities as my siblings? Absolutely. Sabre needs to grow up with all honesty. She acts more of a 12 year old then Naz does, who on earth gets upset about bedsheets that she mentioned a full year ago and a year later her sibling gets the sheets with her own saved money… make that make sense Sabre how does Naz getting bed sheets a year later that she liked as well a reason to be upset about??? And lastly for gosh sakes man you’re getting an apartment up on Bondi?? Your parents will obviously pay for it thru the Yt money and most likely will foot you an allowance for food and petrol. If you’re moving out in my parents books… you’re a meet visitor to the house. Suck it up and stay in the attic space for a month or so. If you refuse to do so stay with Fliz since you want to leave your families side so badly. I think they needed some of their own space, but then after they ‘cool down’, and then have a discussion together. Justin does so much for them, and he always looks into the bright-side and helps everyone else. When Brooke didn’t want to go if Sabre didn’t want to, Justin was there for her, to support her. Naz, seems like she is finding things hard, I think she just needs some support because she feels alone. I’m glad in the end they ended up going. And them sharing a room would honestly help them. (I haven’t finished watching the vlog so if anything I say is wrong I’m sorry, this is just my opinion so far) Sockie and Biggy are so amazing and unproblematic. They are such grateful kids. And so is Naz. Sabre is grateful about things as well. I think Sabre made the right decision of going. And I don’t think it’s fair that Biggy and Sockie have to share with Sabre and Naz instead just because of there argument. I haven’t finished the video, but I wish you all the best of luck, you are a very inspiring family and you guys are so real. Thank you so much for all your videos, I look forward to them every Saturday morning. Catch me knuckles! ❤

I think it is time now for the parents to intervene and make final decisions after hearing both sides of Sabre and Naz's stories because this is getting out of hand. I hate to see fighting in such a beautiful family even though i know that every family does fight. Naz should get the room and Sabre doesn't need to be too cozy since she will temporarily live with them, she can cope in the attic for a few weeks. It doesn't mean that being old you need to get your way. There is no need to complain since she will move out and have her permanent space🤦♀.
@ktamb4478 Жыл бұрын
Though both were fighting, Naz still tried to apologise (at 12:38) but Sabre kept on fighting. Sabre needs to mature, being 18 doesn’t mean she can act all sassy and bratty every single day. She also calls Naz ‘catty’ even though she’s the only snobby one there. They were also fighting about the bedroom issue which obviously Naz deserves the bedroom because Sabre already got a whole apartment rent free to herself and she still wants the biggest bedroom in the family home she’s only going to live in for max three months which makes no sense. In the video Sabre also mentioned she didn’t mind Naz copying her, but then after Sabre started ranting on about the bed sheets Naz apparently copied. So yes they were both fighting, but Naz tried to apologise and obviously Sabre kept fighting, Naz tried to be nice (most of the time), Sabre was so snobby during the ‘family meeting’ and obviously Naz deserves the bedroom. Sabre actually needs to behave herself and instead of bossing people around and thinking she has the right to be all bratty around her younger siblings just because she’s 18 she should set a good example.

watching this is difficult tbh, I really feel for naz. Remember she is literally 12. Everyone, including sabre, says she's growing up too fast but then is expected to act like an adult when having a fight with her sibling. The room situation - naz should have the room no doubt, (if sabre had chosen not to move out, sabre would have had the biggest room but she was given the choice), and what would it matter if they had the same bedsheets who is going to know or care. The 'copying' situation is unfair bc they are into the same girly things, we can't expect naz to change who she is just bc sabre liked it first bc she was born first. It seems like sabre is very triggered by naz, with the differences in their childhoods etc but that can't be taken out on naz. And at the table, she has to fight to be heard, at 12 years old. And is encouraged to just say she's wrong even if she's not, so to not upset sabre.. the adult in the situation, who is more than once saying the issue is naz because she's annoying. It's not nice for a child. Sabre can leave when she needs the space but naz is 12 she doesn't have the same freedom. I understand what sabre might be going through emotionally with all the change, especially so fast seen that she grew up later than she otherwise would have, but she has to be able to work on that without having resentment towards naz or at least without blaming naz for it. Maybe what it really is, is sabre is already missing her childhood and on some level doesn't want it to end so she's now seeing her siblings from a different point of view. I think maybe the moving out thing was premature. I don't think the issue is actually sabre and naz, I just think sabre is hurting and I wonder if she understands the real reason why. Hugs to both of them :( 🤍

The truth is that this, specifically for naz is going to come back when she’s older. I only came across this video because my little sister watches them. I haven’t watched your videos in years, but it’s fascinating to watch the dynamic shift. To have this pressure between the two, where sabre feels invalidated because of what she couldn’t have as a child, which is being deflected onto naz, who is being forced to act much older than she is to deal with this almost childish behaviour of sabre. Naz is being forced to grow up because sabre lived most of her life in this childish persona. They’re gonna have major trauma responses.

I think the fact that Sabre, a legal adult, refuses to let her sister be happy and enjoy nice things is just rotten. Yes she had a different childhood and Brooke and Justin weren’t as lenient as they are now, but that’s the case with every family. As the oldest child you are going to be more restricted and coddled than the other kids because you are the first child. Sabre is getting a whole apartment to herself where she isn’t even required to pay rent, yet she refuses to endure such a short amount of time in a small room. Instead she wants her younger sister to put off this new and exciting experience for her own happiness. She says she’s gone her whole life sharing a bedroom with her younger siblings but so has naz. Just because you’ve been alive longer doesn’t mean she hasn’t experienced that too. An oldest’s job is to look out for your younger siblings and it feels like Sabre is only looking out for herself. Her behavior in this video is absolutely horrible to see, and the way she treated her 12 year old little sister is just gross. I seriously hope she grows up and lets naz be happy.
