I’m telling you. I’ve been splitting for a longgg time and used all types of mauls and axes and everything in between an this thing is LITERALLY the BEST splitter I’ve used it blows my mind! I did receive mine in an old council tool auction they had recently, and it was probably on the auction block because the hang was a little iffy. I did have to add a couple of metal step wedges to get it tight and remove what I could of the shelf while the head was still on, but other than that, it is amazing again I got mine from an auction, so it was likely auctioned because it was flawed and flaws are nothing crazy at allI would buy this thing 10 times over
