How to enjoy the holidays at home!
After all, home is the most relaxing place to be.
Bake a cake or cook a full day.

Shortcake (18cm mold)
Ingredients
Eggs ..................................... 3 eggs
Flour.................................. .90g
Sugar...................................... .90g
Fresh cream (35%)................. .400cc
Milk...................................... .15cc
Salad oil.............................. .15cc
Strawberries.......................................... .20 pieces
Liqueur........................... .30cc
Water.......................................... .10cc
Arazan (silver, large grains)........... .20 grains
How to make
1) Prepare a cookie sheet by cutting it to fit the mold.
2) Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, and make the meringue first.
3) Add sugar and beat firmly.
4) Add milk and mix.
5) Add the sifted flour and mix 30~40 times.
6) Add the salad oil and mix 30~40 times.
If there are any lumps of flour left in the mixture, the baked sponge will be too dry and will not slice well.

7) Pour the batter into the cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes.
8)After baking, remove the cake from the mold and remove the cookie sheet.
9)Slice the cake into 3 pieces.
10)Mix liqueur and water to make syrup.
11)Brush the sponge with the syrup using a brush, and then spread the whipped cream.
12) Spread the sliced strawberries on the inside of 1 cm of the sponge.
13) Flatten the strawberries with the cream and lay a layer of sponge.
14) Do the same for the second layer.
15)Place 3 layers of sponge and coat with cream primer.
16)Primer the sides as well.
17) Shape the top layer and decorate with strawberries and arazan.

Pasta with oil sardine, anchovies and fava beans
Ingredients
Serves 3
Spaghetti oil ........... .300g
Sardine.......................... .2 cans
Anchovies.......................... 1 can
Fava beans..................................... .20 grains
Garlic.............................. .1 clove
Oil................................... 3 tablespoons
Lemon in honey....... .6 slices
White wine.............................. .80cc
Salt.......................................... Appropriate amount
Preparation
1) Soak pasta in hot or cold water.
2) Boil fava beans and remove the shells.
3) Chop garlic and lemon zest or lemon with honey, if available.
4) Saute garlic in oil.
5) Add the oil sardine, anchovies, fava beans and chopped lemon and saute.
6) Add the white wine and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
7) Boil in salted water to 70% boiling.
8)Mix with ingredients and serve.

Sauteed shrimp and scallop & pumpkin mash
Ingredients
Serves 3
Squash ............................................... .300g
Prawns....................................................... .3pcs.
Scallops....................................................... 9 pieces
Whipped cream................................. .60cc
Butter........................... .............20g
Broccoli sprouts (sprouts)..... .20g
Salt........................... ..................Additional amount
How to make
1) Peel and boil the squash.
2) After boiling, mash the squash with a fork.
3) Add whipped cream and salt, and mix.
4) Melt butter in a shallow pan, lightly sauté the shrimp and scallops, and season with salt.
5) Place the pumpkin mash on a plate and layer the scallops and shrimp on top.
6) Pour over the baking juices and serve with broccoli sprouts.

嫁ぎ先が和洋菓子店を営んでいました 夫がショートケーキを作る作業と全く同じで、ナッペ上手‼️と思いながら懐かしく拝見しました バターソテーも丁寧に下処理して美味しそう モンゴルの塩、検索したくなりました 落ち着いたナレーションもさすがです☺️☺️
