もうこんなに雪が積もっているんですね。私の住んでるところはまだ紅葉も始まってない暖かさです。 日々の田んぼ道をウォーキングしている時、空を見上げて雲の形を楽しむんです♪ プードル🐩　外国人の横顔　熊🐻‍❄️ 鯨🐳　ソフトクリーム🍦　たまに凄い物が現れます😊 男性の横顔から優しそうな母の顔に変化したり、犬から猫に変化したり、30分余りの歩きも退屈しません🥱 田んぼ道には色んな草花も、摘んできては飾るのもブームです。 頑張りすぎる事なく頑張る事大事ですよね！まったりと北海道を楽しんで❣️

乳ガン治療中で私も仕事休んでます(^o^;)私も始めは旦那にガンになってゴメン、仕事しないでゴメンと言いましたし働かなきゃとかあせる気持ちがありましたがまずは体とメンタルを元に戻せるよう食生活の見直しや有酸素運動やストレス貯めない、楽しいことをして笑うとこを日々心がけてます、抗がん剤や飲み薬の副作用ありましたがだいぶ改善しメンタルも落ち着きました、患者会に行ったりネガティブやポジティブの言葉はノートに書いて吐き出してます、焦らずゆっくりこれからの事を考えていいのでは？と思います時間はいっぱいあります、あたって砕けろ、なんくるないさーです😂❤

遅くなりましたが、ぶる子さんおかえりなさい☺️私自身とてもマイナス思考なのでお気持ちはとてもよくわかります…でも結局、健康な身体と誰かと食べるごはんをただ美味しいと思えるその時間が1番幸せなことなんだなって、今年はいろんなことがあって改めて思いました。生きてるだけで丸儲けってほんとその通りですね😊追伸：蝦夷鹿だるまかわいいです♡

Hello Buru-san & Buruko-san, Visuals of snow are mesmerizing for a person like me who haven't seen snow in her life.. On other hand, I can't imagine life there with sub-zero temprature & you both are sharing your experience with snow & winter with us.. Thank you for that. We haven't chat so I feel shy to talk about your part in videos.. but all your sharings I mentioned & other which I regularly receive through this channel helps me keep walking, keep continuing.. I thank you for that Buruko-san. I was once a professional like you & was working full-time.. & I still face struggle with my anxiety when I don't have work or I keep thinking during my free time.
