You cannot sustain Godliness without Holiness, but you can practice some Godliness without Holiness. Holiness (inside and outside) means separation from everything that is darkness. That is why God is Holy. What amazes me is all these people who call themselves shepherds in the body of Christ, but come up with different types of messages and doctrines they claim come from the Lord Jesus, the Almighty God. Holiness is one way, and without it (Holiness) no man (person) shall see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). 2 Timothy 4:3-4 A time will come where they (people) will not endure sound doctrine, having itching ears, they shall heap themselves teachers in accordance with their own lusts, and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned into fables (myths, false stories). We have to be very careful. We, as Christians have to go to the scripture to verify everything and anything anybody preaches like the people of Barea in Acts 17:11.
