Good morning, I am interested in using tissue salts to help my family but have read so much negativity online about it as only being a placebo effect medicine. I have a 200c kit from a homeopathic practitioner that we've stopped using but have no idea what to do with it.

I was taking this seriously until he said butter was a good fat. Also he mentions olive oil. Oil, in any form, even the vegetable oils, are not meant to be put into the human body. Good fats are avocados and nuts, chia seeds, and flax seeds. Butter...good god.

take a listen to Dr Joel Wallach 's "dead Doctors Don't Lie' & Dr Peter Glidden and so many more right thinking holistic doctors who go against the norm to give you the truth based on quality research and gr8 results. Butter is good for you just as the best salt to use is sea salt/celtic sea salt ofcourse in moderation.

You are wrong about this "Raw Xelda". You need to reassess your understanding of human health and where saturated fat falls into it. Butter is one of the best sources of saturated fat. The only plant butter that is worth while is cocoa butter because of its stearic acid content. Olive oil, avocado oil, any plant oil or plant fat aside from cocoa butter is not good because of the linoleic acid content.

Danielle Zavala he's right. You need to do some more research about animal foods versus plant foods regarding the bioavailability of nutrients. Let me know if you have any questions.

@@savannahdelaney465 If you have enough sunlight and vit D plant sources of vit A work great. If you lack vit you will have a problem
