Anarchy means no government. Or at least, no central government. It's an overused term today. Back when the song was made, Ivan was more or less saying that he was not controlled by government ( political correctness, censorship, etc.)

Just a note, "the Pride" also stands for a "Pride of Lions" or a group of lions He's noting that having Pride in your country makes you part of a community, but also the things you are proud of are also just commercial items. It's survival of the strongest in capitalism. I mean, the song is off of American Capitalist. Good review, bro. #holla
