The Culinary and Pastry programs are unique programs with designated courses for each. You will need to decide which program most suits your interest. If you want to develop a broad range of culinary skills, including baking - you should start with the Culinary arts program. We have had several students choose to do both culinary and pastry, but you need to complete all courses from each program.
