The new vessel ending is all cool and fun until you realize the kingdom is doomed now, forever, because the knight isn't a pure vessel, so the radiance takes him over as soon as the credits roll and the kingdom dies, because even if hornet can beat them she wasn't even made to be a vessel, so she'll just be useless and get infected just by being in the room

I think 'Pure Vessel' was a title for Hollow Knight, not a state. E.g: Hollow Knight was a *pure* vessel before infection. Spoiler Warning ⚠️: The only reason Hollow Knight failed was because his father, Pale King, who had ruined his hollowness with ideas. As mentioned by White Lady. Vessels were intended to be *hollow*, which means no desires or dreams and such, so the Radiance could be contained. As the Radiance infests desires and dreams as we see throughout Hollownest. But I agree, I feel like the knight would've fallen anyways. We don't truly know what institutes Hollowness and I feel the knight can express emotion and desire which would leave him prone. For example, slight Spoiler⚠️: you can give Elderbug a flower, and you aren't rewarded. Which means the knight did it out of kindness.

None of these ending really go well for the Knight’s shell, do they? I mean, if the game’s opening is what’ll also happen to the Knight, the shell cracks open to spread infection, then there’s Dream no More which has it split in half, then there’s Embrace the Void where… Well, you know. Poor lil guy. Just wants to stop the infection and **has** to die trying.

#1 I'm p sure is not fighting hornet the second time and killing thk. #2 is sealed siblings? I am p sure that one is having hornet help you in the fight but not dream nailing thk and therefore both of you get sealed in. I know any of the one w the godseeker you have to do the pantheon of hallownest all the way to abs rad and defeat her. The extra is finding the mushroom guy somewhere. It just happens after any of the others. And ofc there's defeating thk w hornets help and dreamnailing him and killing radiance.
