Rules to using shields as a shield main with 250+ hours on shields - - Always use laser sight - Hip-fire is primary method of attack - Get up-close and spam hip-fire as fast as you can - When hip-firing, sitting still and crouching both greatly increase hip-fire accuracy. Hey Hollow! As for The Laser Sights you asked about, most people don’t use them at all because it exposes their position to their enemies. However, it is kind of necessary on Shield Operators because you mostly have to commit to Hip-Fire, and lasers help out alot. Side Tip: try not to shoot at a Defender if they are laying down fire on your shield. It enlarges your Hip Spread as they shoot it. Shields take alot of practice to fully master and have fun with, but it will take some time. Good Luck, man! Keep havin fun :D

Although using laser sights has its own advantages and also its disadvantages. Yes it does expose your position specially for those that cant hide their laser sights but it makes the hip fire so much better specially for these (Rook, Doc , ash, bandit and a couple more operators guns and also for shotguns) cause if you watch the pro league a lot of pro players use it or maybe its just from my experience cause I play on PC and the hip firing in PC is really good, getting yourself killed by a head shot in PC is really almost most of the rounds even in hip fire. Its from my experience for playing on PC for 2 years.

Hey Hollow! If you want to be better with Blitz, just remember a few things 1. Remember to crouch if you're going to walk into areas that you think that someone is there because they can shoot your feet out 2. To better ADS, wait till you can actually see the sight before you shoot to actually hit what you want. Its kind of like quick scooping in COD (idk if you actually do that but thats how I always thought of it.) 3. If you're in a fire fight with someone, ADS if you know they're reloading. It makes it easier to shoot at them since they wouldn't be able to shoot you back. 4. Another big thing to know is that blitz (and montagne) is that they're mostly to distract people than actually kill everybody so travel in twos with him and follow up with someone. So don't get too upset if you don't get a kill. 5. The flashes are mostly used if the person is just hammering you with bullets so that you can get away easier and if they chase you, lead them to where your teammates are. These are just some simple tips from someone who played as blitz since the game came out.

Honestly just play ranked or play casual with some friends..They don't have to be IRL friends, Just add ppl who usually play the game maybe 2 or 3. It will reduce your chances of getting shot at plus better call outs. Also ranked will make you learn. Your K.d will be shit at first but you get better. I started playing ranked as soon as I got the game way back when there no restriction on level. I had a 0.5 K.d for the longest now I'm a 0.9 k.d and Plat 3. Been going positive or net for a long time now but K.d is likle GPA, easy to drop and hard to increase! Good luck man!

drjeff fischer I know what you mean but ranked is the fastest way to learn the game. It motivates to subconsciously to get better. Wanna learn a map? Reddit has plenty of tips for each map. Also you don't need all the operators because everyone has a preference. For example me. I never play pulse or smoke. I do like Bandit, Yeager , Echo, Valkirie, Doc and Rook. That's five so I'm garantueed atleast one them no matter what.

When you flash someone with Blitz, you have to be at least 5m distance from your opponent to be flashed. Dont ADS if you cant confirm that the enemy is flashed

Hollow I’m a blitz main and blitz is a very weak operator but is being buffed but I have some tips •quick scoping isn’t possible any more so don’t try that •try and get close to the enemy so u can flash them then secure the kill •as you probably can tell the range on the flash is very short •watch out for nitro cells (c4) Watch out for smoke •be careful of kapkan,lesion and frost traps because when you have a shield you have a blind spot •and the final tip is to never rush with blitz

Just couple of tips: 1) Don't aim down sight when enemies shooting at you. You gonna get headshot. 2) Always crouch when facing enemies (to protect your legs) 3) Laser on the pistol because enemies know you are coming anyway and you need better hip fire accuracy with pistol when use shield. 4) The Flash range is not that far so don't expect enemies to be blind.5) shotgun is your worst nightmare when using shield

I use blitz a lot so here's some tips. 1. Crouch when you are near enemy's (so they can't shoot your feet). 2. Only flash people ant close range. 3. When at long range spams that shit at there heads. 4. Do not hip fire (it's not that accurate) 5. Just have fun and enjoy your time playing a very fun operator

Defenetly put the laser sight on Blitz! It changes whole gaimplay! Here is a tip how to play with Blitz: Allways croach then near enemyes. If you put laser on pistol then just ignore eneyes shooting you. Wait till they calm down. Point the laser on their head, take aim and shoot at same spot where your laser is pointing. When you have mastered this trick you will be able to take enemyes with 1 tap easy. P.S: don"t worry that enemyes will see your laser point. They will hear your clomsy steps anyway and will know your location.

Hey hollow idk if u know this, but if u injure an enemy with cav u can interrogate him, and this will reveal every enemies position. And the best way to injure ur enemies is by using the pistol, it deals 99 damage at close range (idk if u knew this)
