Next year I am requesting please please please please please for you to choreograph ho ho ho by the chipmunks it is so upbeat and so cute I listen to it every day and they have the lyrics on Pandora it’s so much fun so please please please for next year

Not being rude but these workouts are very prancy. It seems more focused on choreography/music rather than fitness. It doesn't feel like I've exercised at all.. a 20min hiit workout leaves me sweaty and I see quick results. I don't see what element of this workout is cardio? My walk to work is more of a cardio session!

sncOox Not to be rude but you seem ignorant. There are different type of workouts. This is walk-dance cardio type.Not a HIIT one, not everything has to be HIIT if you don't understand. You can do it as a warm-up or on cardio days/segments or even just for fun. Also this particular video is very short and chill (and is a part of a BIGGER workout which has faster and more intense parts to it)- but not all Gina's videos are like that. Her 20-30 minute workouts are good cardio, some of them are power walks (faster and more intense which can be an alternative to HIIT), some of them are dance walks (more dancing style, not so fast but still a very good cardio). Finally, not all people can do HIIT, I for example can't due to health issues, not all of us can/need to do this crazy jumping style - so Gina's dance/walk is a good cardio for people like me. It's fun, it makes me move more, it affects my mood and body in positive way, I feel super feminine and energetic during it- and I get my dose of cardio without crazy hoops and jumps that would make me vomit. If you were less condescending and didn't do conclusions based on one short clip and search her other types of workouts - you would understand that she has MANY different types of walks that could be really benefitial and really FUN! Finally, you don't have to be so damn rude. You could have just walked away, yet you need to trash talk Gina and by extension all who love her walks (as if we are below you for not doing HIIT or whatever). We all need different styles and types of cardio sessions, and yours is NOT better than anyone else's!!!
