were your injuries caused by overtraining in South east Asia? I remember seeing a lot of comments on your strava from concerned people that you may be pushing yourself too hard

i will hold my hands up and say i make mistakes, but i always learn something from my injuries 😅 in asia i did train a lot, and my body was handling it, but i (1) should not have been running that mileage without any proper strength training, which i think was the main issue, and (2) i should have rested as soon as i felt the niggle. instead, i kept running on it and it therefore got worse 🤦🏻‍♀
