Does anyone else just appreciate how transparent Holly is with her viewers? Thank you, Holly. ❤️ There are so many youtubers who tend to sweep things under the rug when they get "hate", but you had the strength to come back and explain, which I think everyone really respects. You're genuinely the best.

As someone that binged for two years, this is so relatable... There was literally nothing on my mind except eating, food, body shape. The way I worked it out is staying with my family (though it's annoying sometimes we already know) But the force is to eat at the same time in front of the table three times a day. And that, just eating regularly kicks me out of the trap.

@@shailikakanojia3774 Unfortunately you are right that those who make hate comments are going to make them no matter what. I think some people will just hate regardless sadly - at the same time, I do think it’s possible that some people before came from a place of concern, with you yourself acknowledging now you needed more fats/proteins to feel satiated and fuel your body (I speak as a vegan who struggled with this balance for a while, but now see chocolate as one of my “six a day” 😂

Your willingness to open up and bare your soul, even when admitting you were wrong, and addressing negative issues in your life is TRULY AMAZING Holly and you need to be applauded for it! 👏👏👏👏👏 The fact that you choose to be so selfless, instead of selfish is a TRUE GIFT to your viewers who no longer feel that they are going through things alone and who are totally inspired by you! Many of your KZbin "family" have said that you are destined for Greatness... on the other hand, and based on MANY years of life experience and working as a college/university professor, I can confidently say that you, Holly, have already entered the "Greatness Spectrum" and will forever keep soaring!

I’m terrible for not eating breakfast, and when I’d get to work I’d be ravenous by 11. Then I’d eat my lunch then and have to get a second lunch later on. Thank-you for addressing it and hope you continue to see improvements in your health! x

i was so happy to see this video!! i too was a bit disappointed in how you handled this topic the first time around and wondered if you would ever address it. seeing you own up to your mistake is very moving and i feel like you’re setting a great example for your viewers and other content creators. i feel this is something very vulnerable to do, especially having taken the step to share this video the first time, receive criticism of how you handled it, take it down, and readdress it after listening, learning, and admitting your mistakes. i think we as content consumers also need to remember just what you said at 03:00-everyone is human and will make mistakes, even those that we look up to online. i think how we respond to your mistakes is equally as important. i am glad that you were able to glean some insight from the comments on the first video. sending love and wishing you the best as you continue to heal 💚✨

I was told by my therapist that it's all about safety, in a sense safety, like do you trust what you do after you eat, do you feel safe about your decisions besides eating. What do you think about after eating? Do you have a focus, a meaning in life? She noted, that if a persons existence is based solely on "brain activity" like studying, memorising and a person feels like they don't need anything else besides their memory to work and survive, then they will never balance their food. It's kind of like: think logically about your food, design a plate, eat and go do what drives you. It makes sense for me, hope it helps to you as well:)
