Hello Holly, I just found your channel since I am having interview with amazon now. I have two questions: 1. Does expectaion salary affect interview or hiring process? 2. Can I choose very last day for techincal interview so that I can prepare more? One thing I am very worried about is salary expectation range. They asked me what my expectation of salary range and I did not expect this question at all. I told them and they said ok, but I feel like the range is too high. Does it affect my interview process? (I have two more rounds, one is technical and the other is loop) Let's say if my range is high, and performance is ok, then am i not going to be hired? Or if my range is low, and performance is ok, then is there more possibility that I can be hired? Also, If i Choose very last day of interview, does it affect interview as well? For example, if there are good person before me, will they choose them first and no space for me? Thank you so much.

1. You need to do your homework before talking salary to make sense 2. You don't have a choice as it depends on the availability of the interviewers. I would give your interview dates once you are prepared.

Hi Holly thanks for your helpful videos, i had a interview today for site procurement manager. Interview only lasted for 20 minutes (in email they told me 45 minutes), interviewer asked me only 3 questions with few follow up. So is small interview good or bad sign?
