Can't wait to watch next week's episodes. The truth is out. Sami's gonna get what's coming to him. James is gonna get out of prison and hopefully we get to see a James and Romeo scene when he does. (I'm not expecting James to find out anytime soon but I suspect Romeo will go to see him, once he hears that he's innocent and out of prison. Romeo will probably just bump into him and say something whilst dazed and confused) and on top of this we'll get the reunion of James and Kyle. Excited to see how that plays out. Can't wait for it.

In real life I think Kyle turning up alive would have been the end of the case. No one has claimed to see James taking Kyle`s life - Sami just reported noises coming from the flat, and the police drew their own conclusions from subsequent findings and previous history between James and Kyle. James cannot report neither Sami nor Kyle, because that could bring to light the motive, and an investigation into the previous embezzlement could be started. If not by the police, than certainly by the British Law Society - and as a result both James` job and career could have been lost. With Kyle turning up alive, the police is likely to be more worried about a lawsuit from James, and would have been quick to drop the charges against him and get him released. From a legal point of view neither Kyle nor Sami can be proven to have done something wrong - unless they were to rat on each other. Kyle might have claimed Sami to have framed James for murder in this scene, but since he has been away, how could he prove it - without landing himself in the same hole - and Sami never actually told the police he had seen James kill Kyle. Therefore Sami cannot be charged with anything either. As long as all three of them keep their mouths shut, they are in the clear. But should one of them say something, they all would be in trouble. Sami and Kyle for corrupting the cause of justice etc, James because of the harm his embezzlement past could cause his career and reputation.
