Also, Hollyoaks is struggling, so convincing Emmette to return would likely help their numbers. But you're right the more we learned about blue, the less sense it being BB made

@seanmurphygaming its okay, I discovered the answer earlier today. He couldn't afford the drugs because he had "given up" the 'Gansta Life' just after Lizzies baby died in that car. And he only just now got back into being a 'Gangsta' since he saved Hannah and reunited with Rex👍👍

@seanmurphygaming ..also my first message wasn't about why he did the drugs, it was about "he couldn't afford the drugs, Yet he definitely should have been able to afford drugs if he was still that Gangsta" haha😂😂 But we know now that he had quit being that 'Gangsta' for around 10 years.🤗

By Hollyoaks standards this reveal was mediocre at best. I think we can all agree we knew there was more to Dave than met the eye, I wasn't buying this weak nice guy act. That being said I'm looking forward to see where this storyline goes. I mean you don't kill a man's daughter and expect him to just let it slide. Warren should understand that more than anyone, he made Ste's life hell when he found out he was responsible for Ella's death.
