I aculy think jj just Acts on fear right now,ü. Imagine beribg a 16 year old Facebook prision time. He dudnt murder so realisticly its going zo be not more then a few years but obviously the writers dont want him ther forever too. I think best fase is he gets punished in a way that fits the show but still gets him to apear. Mayby not prision so much as very very strict Hausarrest somewher with darren? With alot of tough love and no Nonsens darren seting jj straighter then straight and a lifetime from not seeing frankie with exeptions like famalie events wher he has to apear for polite reasons after a few years . Again all Service the to the story. Good writing means takibg libertys with real World rules unless you write the character out. Books can get away with doing more realistic rules as you dont have actours. In book Form a storyline about jj in prision could fill a book and then he getscreleased into Hausarrest. In the show ther can skip prision.
