Although this is lazy script writing to just drag out another storyline for drama and chaos, it seems like Peri never got over the fact that Juliet was a drug dealer, groomed kids into her scheme, and never believed/trusted Juliet after she got released from jail. I can see the Hollyoaks writers making Juliet try to win Peri by saving her from Timmy and forgiving her for everything. IRL this relationship without trust would not have lasted until now.
