What a wonderful and exciting day for William! When we were little, my mother made warmed milk with a pinch of sugar, our 'coffee.' Mom and Dad were avid coffee drinkers then, and my sister and I remain totally addicted to coffee to this day.

My aunt did the same thing We would go to visit friends an I would get a cup of hot milk with a teaspoon of coffee:) just enough to make it brown 🤎. I love good ☕ coffee😊

Don't feel too bad about sugar, with all the problems with artificial sweeteners, new advice is to stick to honey and sugar. Does the smell of freshly roasted coffee beans attract a lot of new customers, it would me. For the colder weather, how about offering a mug of hot Bovril with a crusty roll and mature cheddar?

I think we are rapidly approaching the point where a second channel is required - all William all the time. I love Holly and her upkeep, love the canal setting, love the weekend cafe activities... But William, along with his oh-so-talented parents, is becoming the star of the show.

In New Zealand William's drink is known as "a fluffy", we also make small ones for customers dogs called "a puppachino". Maybe you could put them on Holly's menu. Love your videos, keep up the great work ❤

I live in Old Trafford and have visited the Trafford Centre once this year! and Manchester Centre once this year! Never been a fan of the TC since it opened but it appeals to so many.Manchester an ever changing Skyline from my house as I live 10mins walking from the Centre has changed beyond recognition! I count the High Rise from my loft bedrooms! lovely to see you out and about!

I had a funny experience this week..I phoned my bank..got chatting about canal boats with the person on the other end of the phone ( as you do). The bank employee said she’d always wanted to go canal boating..and that she the followed a KZbin channel about a cafe boat..I said “oh Holly”….she said “yes…! “. What a coincidence ! Always good to watch the boys having a day out. I have a narrowboat question that came to mind as I was watching. I am planning on touring the UK for a few months, via narrowboat and have been doing some homework. Without getting into any disturbing details, I noticed when you had your shower, there was a lot of steam in the cabin after, not just in the shower cubicle itself. Is there a steam vent in the cubicle to direct the steam out of the craft? or was it off so that you could get the content without the noise? I am just trying to learn what to look for before I commit to a narrowboat. Thanks for your time and a great series of videos.
