Thank you so much. I have been there several times but it is when El Dia de los Muertos is going on. It is the one time a year the cemetery charges $35 to walk into the place. The cemetery is packed with people and not a good time to stroll around and look at who is there. I vaguely remember the death of KZbinr Correy La Barrie. It was his birthday and he got into his friends car when they were both intoxicated. La Barrie died instantly but the driver tried to flee the scene. Our gang's Darla and Alfalfa are buried there.

Saw Johnny Ramone's grave when I went down to visit some friends from San Diego about 15 years ago. Johnny Ramone actually brushed up against me while cutting through a line outside to get to the gig he was playing at in Toronto about thirty years ago. That's the closest I've been to any rock star.

Fun fact the headstone that looks like a pyramid it belongs to Nicholas Cage. And the reason why it is in the shape of a Pyramid is because Nicholas Cage did a movie and he said why don't you just bury me in a pyramid. It's true he really said that.

Thanks for sharing! This is interesting. I was wondering if back in Illinois if you had explored Archer Woods aka Mount Glenwood Gardens West in Hickory Hills/Justice? It is quite interesting and I had some unusual experiences there as some of my family is buried there. I used to live by Mount greenwood, Mount Olivet, and Mount Hope cemeteries and enjoy exploring cemeteries as well and had relatives buried in many Chicago area cemeteries. I do enjoy visiting old cemeteries myself. Archer Woods is definitely worth checking out.

Investment and advisory firm Guggenheim Partners said on Thursday its global chief investment officer, Scott Minerd, had died after a heart attack on Wednesday. Minerd suffered a heart attack during his regular workout, the company said . he passed in 2023. Blanchard was influential in the art and music world of his adopted city of Los Angeles he founded the Brahms Quartet, served as President of the Los Angeles Symphony Orchestra, and formed the Community Park and Arts Association of Hollywood in 1920, serving as President from 1920-23, which later became the Hollywood Bowl Association. true to the end, Mark Lanegan.....be sure my grave is kept clean.. LOL ....the term "night porter" was given to him by kurt cobain. Mark often would bring Kurt his heroin at night. Mark referred to Kurt as his "little brother" and Layne Staley as "his twin" . rest in peace all three, plus Chris Cornell.
