Gabriel Lezama The Nickelodeon time capsule is at the Nickelodeon hotel in Orlando Florida. Located exactly outside in front of the door in the ground. Sadly the Nickelodeon hotel is turning into a Holiday inn. Nickelodeon is currently finding a new location for it.

How did they get all this money? Viacom was about to be sold to CBS because they were struggling, but CBS backed out and as far as I know, Chinese companies are now funding 25% of all projects. So I wonder if they helped fund this new building, otherwise Viacom is going in to deep doo doo dept and probably not paying their artists very much. Any artists that work there want to anonymously come forward and dish the dirt for the greater good of artist everywhere?
