Something that never happens on the Bob Newhart Show. Nope, they never got cured on the show. Which they mocked on Newhart when "Mr Carlin" shows up with a new psychiatrist (played by Melanie Chartoff), and the psychiatrist blamed his mental condition on "some quack in Chicago." 🤣🤣
