JoJos world... was at that light saber meetup. Pure Chaos. CMs had to close the area. One look and I was nope! Like verge of being dangerous

Ya, last year it was very crammed for the meet up in the evening. So I knew this year would be even crazier lol. I imagine they have a new protocol or way they want to approach the crowd management for the future may 4th celebrations.

Thanks for watching! Hopefully you guys have a good time! It's DEFINITELY getting busier and busier every year. I had friends telling me they've never seen the park as crowded as it was at night during the meet up haha. So, plan accordingly! But it's truly a cool event, and worth experiencing if you can make it work!

Im like Nicole I fell asleep on one of them and I cant remember which episode. It was a late showing and I was tired from work lol.But honestly Im not a big Star Wars person but I went with a group of Die Hard Fans 😂 Great Vlog looks like a blast ❤

Lol it was like an 11pm showing and she had a crazy long work day, I felt bad. But I still watched it 🤣 it was definitely a fun day! But busy for sure.

I never even heard of that woot keyboard before, but looked it up and it looks pretty cool. I love the idea that a single key can control the accelerator based on how far you press it in a racing game. But man are they expensive, I'll stick with my Logitech G910 for now lol

It was very expensive. But I keep my peripherals for like YEARS. So I figure it's an ok investment. I just like the customization with the keys and where it picks up the press from. Took getting used to, but I love it so far!

HUGE Star Wars fan here - and I even stayed at the Star Wars hotel. To answer your question about movie order, assuming you know all about SW already, I would start with episode 1. As a person that saw the original way back in a theater in NYC, I start with episode 4 - which is really episode 1, 😂). Always a great day in SW land. Was there earlier, I didn't care for the shirt this year - you are correct about the C-3PO being cartoony, which is why I didn't buy one. Yes - Darth Maul's hilt - when you open the box, it lights up and plays music - the only reason to go! Picked it up and it is amazing. Even the squirrel doesn't like the popcorn - he agrees with me (if you remember my comment from previous video). 🤣 Take care - be well.

How did you like the Star Wars hotel?! I have only seen long-form videos online from content creators who were obviously going to jazz it up a bit. Genuine question, was it worth it? Would you pay for it again if it were available? I'd have to agree on episode, for the most part. Start with the oldest, you also watch the production value go up... kind of lol. I didn't love much of the merch this year in general for it, felt a bit goofy for my liking 🤔 I did see a short or a reel on that hilt, and it actually looked pretty sweet haha. I feel like I need a wand for wizarding world and a saber for galaxys edge. I need to get equipped haha. The squirrel passed on all of the popcorn! He wasn't having it, it was actually hilarious lol.

@@Dillon.Thomas Truth be told, the experience I had at the SW Hotel was worth every penny. It was the best experience I ever had at any Disney hotel - even their club level rooms (I treat myself once a year to a club level stay). It was active - probably too active - but was an amazing and tiring time. There literally was never a dull moment for three days and two nights. Would I pay for it again. Well, if there were a new storyline, definitely. To replay the same storyline, I seriously doubt it - which I find to be a major flaw. It really is a "one and done" deal (IMHO) - mainly because of the cost. I was shocked - really - when they closed it. When I went, it was packed, just about everyone dressed in costume, and participated in the storyline. After it was all over, everyone was raving - so I'm guessing that most if not all found it worth their while. I avoided the creators videos until I had experienced it myself - I think I was there the third or fourth week it opened. I will say the creators were right on the mark with their comments and didn't really lie about anything. YES!!! You must get a saber and a wand (but I'd wait for the new ones). Be well.

@@Sir-Ray Really?? That's interesting to know people loved it but they still closed it. I wonder if it was more of a timing thing, so early on people were really wanting to get in and check it out, and then in time, the demand dropped? They wouldn't close it if it were making money, I'd assume, or they wanted the space for something new 🤔 I thought they had swapped the story up kind of recently before it closed? Or introduced new characters or something of that nature? I wonder if the price didn't justify it being open, either, I know many people were crabbing about that. I can imagine they had to pay all of their actors a good amount, especially since it was basically all day/night, so you couldn't NOT have people on duty. Interesting none-the-less, still cool you were able to experience such a short-lived experience that many people will never have the opportunity to try! Cool story to tell! I think I'll wait for the new (better?) interactive wands when those release, and I've seen some seriously cool sabers online, but they also aren't cheap haha.

@@Dillon.Thomas I think it was a combination of the expense and that it was not from the original trilogy - similar to the complaints about SW Land - which admittedly didn't matter to me, but there were rumblings, even about the land in the early days. I can't help but wonder how SW Land would be if it was based on Tatooine (and that would have been perfect for our weather!), and make Batuu in CA - would have "forced" visits! The week I was there, they had a small focus group to get audience reaction. They had mentioned that under consideration was a new story line with Han and Leia - they used the Halcyon for their honeymoon - I feel that would have been a fantastic idea. I sincerely hope they do something with that building - it is easily accessible from the First Order area. I character dinner, just a regular hotel stay, something. You should try building a light saber (a real one, not the toy, LOL) - it is a lot of fun. Be well.

@Sir-Ray I was going to say, my era was actually episodes 1,2,3 which I think more closely relates to 4,5,6 since it shares more character line there. Where 7,8,9 though attached still, don't necessarily have the same direct impact. But I think many people were bummed it wasn't based on the original trilogy. I think they probably could have done more with the original, too. But the expense had to play some sort of role, it was basically the price of a dcl if I'm not mistaken haha. That's interesting that they had the focus group, and it didn't amount to the new story line in the end. I feel like they also have a ton of crazy great brains in the company, they could have tied it all together lol. But oh well I guess. I think people were mentioning that, maybe a dining experience. It would be interesting to see if they would, but I'm not sure they'd commit to it. It might just get scrapped and they build around it? Maybe add that 3rd attraction we were supposed to get originally lol. I do want to try that experience, but I've heard you can get better quality sabers online for cheaper or the same price? You just don't get the experience which I'm sure is a great part of the fun there.
