According to me the top part of the car as opposed to the leaning site was to be ripped open with holmatro cutter and become part of the platform and then gain access to the casualty instead of gaining access through those narrow entries in the the back, yet I stand to be corrected

Hi John, good point! This could have given them some more space for their extrication. Then again, in the heat of the moment, decisions need to be made, and they managed to get the victim out inside the twenty minutes.
