If you need a color to match your holo look, try ILNP Boutique Nail Lacquer. Their holographic polishes are the best match to Revel Nail Holo. I love Kiss and Tell personally. Quick dry and last a long time.

Hello, do I need the tack free application and the uv light in order to get the chrome color? How can I get it to chrome without the uv light and basic application steps 1 2 3. I have the # 3 top coat not the tack free one.

Yes! You will need both a UV light and the gel top coat to achieve the chrome effect! -SS

@@anayougurt Nicole is right - we sell Tack Free Gel on our site, and there will be bundles with the Holo Chrome powders, Tack Free Gel, and Applicators together. Don't forget the Holo effect requires a light! :)
