Seeing the dot tunnel that way is amazing, I still say it's the best dot tunnel out of all the dot tunnels and now it has been proven in a science lab. I still wonder what happens if the voxel water is left running, it always seemed to me like Psi was saying, "Look at this! It's over now away it goes stop looking and look at this instead..." Does it reveal a mystery? Perhaps they thought Panic hadn't been hidden properly so they hid their next demo inside the old one? Maybe he just didn't like it that much and didn't think it needed more time. The water in the sword scene moving is great and makes me wonder if that was the original intention, the reflections were cool but it's one of those points in the demo were it always seemed like unless you'd used POV-Ray you weren't sure where you were meant to be looking. Maybe it's right there in the source but I've missed it because of the odd naming convention, it looks bloody amazing here but it makes the scene so much more complicated that I don't know how they'd have done it on a 486. I'll never see that title image in quite the same way again....

i shit my pants a little. it's the best use of the hardware so far. what an improvement over the 1993 original.

This demo was developed and recorded on a preview version of the first Looking Glass. I believe that lookingglassfactory.com/16-spatial-oled is the closest that comes to it. At the time, there was an "App Store" which I fail to find now but you can download the binary at www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=78756 (top right corner). Note: I haven't tested this in ages.

LOL - I tried to explain the "why" during my "making of" talk at Demosplash. But you're right, maybe we should rename "Bedrock Bros." to "One Trick Pony" ;P

i disagree. putting a classic into a new dimension (quite literally) is a fantastic accomplishment on its own
