How sharp his brain is at 85 year's old, my late father served in the British parachute regiment for 12 years, he also never lost his sharp brain in old age

My grandfather on my mothers side, Papa, is 87. His body is basically useless at this point. The poor man struggles to walk 10 feet without assistance. His mind, however, is sharp as a surgeon’s blade. The morbid humor he uses regarding the state of his body and old age is hysterical. We all know he may not have another 10 years in him, but we are all just glad he will likely stay lucid until he passes. Him included.
