Wow I'm so glad that they were able to recover their stuff. How amazing! So it was kinda a blessing in disguise. And I'm also glad to hear that the Czech officer went with his mother to confront the man who kept their stuff. That in itself was a blessing cuz most of the time nobody cared to defend a Jew. That's why now I stand with Israel. More importantly the Jewish people! They are to be protected and defended against antisemitism and hatred. We cannot allow for something like the Holocaust to ever happen again. 🇺🇲🇮🇱

What an absolutely amazing interview. It's unimaginable the horrors this man has lived through... I'm so happy that he not only survived, but has the strength to talk about the terrors he went through. I wish more people were aware of what happened during that time, so it may never happen again.

Actually, I think he may not be on TikTok any longer? He was, but then maybe it changed to only Instagram. Unfortunately, because of prejudice I think.

They’re, Gidon and Julie, on Instagram The anti-Semitic on TikTok was more than Gidon could emotionally tolerate. Julie, you know, is so very protective of Gidon. Julie’s story is almost interesting as Gidon’s

Many I'm sure came bc yes had a higher quality just as is the same now, yet many in sure again, came with a greatful attitude as they still experienced more than again, most of us. A diff men. Mentality still was strong, as more than one language, played music, had life flipped entirely and if alive, and able to have family, come to America, as which Ellis island or now the border, above and below...how can we judge. ??? But...I agree when you say, those who came and had no respect, and worst, genocide due to greed, is disgusting but all need to change programmed ways, and try to be more kind caring and do our best not to repeat the past...Again!

@@kaydi123 Indeed. A fairer, kinder world needs to be the goal. A super-privileged group living a life of ease and luxury off the downtrodden majority is untenable especially when they’re not indigenous to the country. Every culture deserves a homeland where they can organize society the way that works best for them.
